We operate a small boutique center. Our focus is always on the patient. Everyone says that. What does that mean to us? It means we listen to all your concerns because we genuinely want to help you. We build lifelong relationships with our patients. How?

First, we take our time. We do not stack appointments and limit our time with you in order to get to the next patient. You're a person looking for competent answers to a serious issue. You're not the next person up in an assembly line of patients. We dislike being treated that way ourselves and will not do that to you.

Second, we engage in a thorough battery of audiological assessments. Better testing always leads to a better outcome.

Third, we make a personalized recommendation based on both your input and the exam results. We take our time explaining everything so you can make an informed decision about your hearing healthcare.

Fourth, we provide exceptional aftercare. Same day or next day appointments are always available. This ensures us that you will always be hearing at your best. Can you imagine waiting weeks to get into an office, paying a hefty co-pay, and then being rushed out of the office due to time constraints? It happens every day to your friends and neighbors.
